The husband in a matrimonial proceedings has filed the above revision seeking early disposal of O.P.No.2669 of 2010 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chennai, which is already posted along with O.P.4215 of 2010 and M.C.No.9 of 2012 filed by the respondent-wife.

Admittedly, the trial has already commenced in all the three proceedings and it is posted for cross examination of P.W1. The cross examination of P.W.1 has been pending for the last five months. It is complained by the petitioner/husband that the respondent-wife has been deliberately dragging on the proceedings. However, considering the fact that the trial has already commenced and there are three proceedings combined together, the Principal Judge, Family Court is directed to complete the trial and dispose of O.P.No.2669 of 2010, O.P.4215 of 2010 and M.C.No.9 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
