This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned District Munsif at Krishnagiri dated 07.10.2009 in I.A.No.13 of 2009 in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2007.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present before the Court and sought permission to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. Necessary endorsement to that effect has aslo been made in the petition.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent/land lord would submit that for the last seven years, since filing of this petition in 2011, petitioner/defendant has not paid any rent.

3. Inasmuch as, the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Revision Petition, this Court may not expand the scope of the proceeding and grant a relief as regard realising the arrears from the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the endorsement made in the petition, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The respondent is free to adopt such procedures as are available to him for realising the arrears of rent. No costs.
