The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7 (c) of the order dated 19.01.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29458 of 2023 while granting anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner is that " the petitioner should report before the respondent police station every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required. He would further submit that the petitioner/accused is a Engineering College Student. Now, he is having Semester examination and practicals, as such he has to face very difficulty in complying with the condition as stated above more particularly Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., instead of that he is ready to appear before the respondent police on every Thursday at 9.00 a.m.,. Hence, he would seek to modify the aforesaid condition.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Taking into consideration, the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station every Thursday at 9.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required ". All other conditions remain intact.
5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
