Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents which culminted in the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.13341/2013/A7 dated 05.03.2015 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give promotion as Executive Officer Grade-II/ Assistant/ Head Clerk and Executive Officer Grade-I to the petitioner based on the date of his entry into the ministerial service with consequently to include the petitioner name in appropriate place in the seniority list with all monetary and other attendant benefits.

Heard both sides. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Though the petitioner has sought to quash the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.13341/2013/A7 dated 05.03.2015, which is passed pursuant to the orders of the Government, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the review application dated 24.03.2015 which is enclosed at page no.82 of the typed set of papers.

3.In view of the limited prayed made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass orders on the review application of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015 and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
