Being aggrieved by the order passed in Crl.A.No.352 of 2008 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Court-cum-Fast Track Court No.III, Coimbatore, confirming the judgment dated 04.09.2008 passed in S.T.C.No.305 of 2007 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.7 Coimbatore, this revision case is filed.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the order passed in HMOP, which was filed for restitution of conjugal rights, the 1st petitioner and the respondent are living together as husband and wife. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.

3. In view of the subsequent development, this Criminal revision is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
