Common Prayer:- Contempt petitions have been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for contempt under contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for not complying with the order of this Court dated 25.01.2022 passed in W.P.Nos.30555 & 30559 of 2019 respectively.

COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 25.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.30555 & 30559 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to pass orders for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the subject land, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent issued manual patta in favour of the petitioners by an order dated 08.08.2023. He also submitted that due to technical error, the Electronic patta could not be generated and it will be issued within two days. He also produced a copy of the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by the respondent. 3.
