ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 19.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7481 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners in the light of the order passed in W.P.Nos.21349 of 2023 and batch dated 03.08.2023, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent considered the case of the petitioners and issued order in G.O.(2D) No.125 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 01.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 01.07.2025 passed by the first respondent before this Court.
