O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, interim bail was granted by this Court and thereafter, on 05.01.2021, this Court granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit the original title deeds of the properties standing in the name of the petitioner or his relatives worth about Rs.1,50,00,000/- Crores. However, in the said order in paragraph 8(a) it has been wrongly typed as " (a) Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the Superintendent of the concerned Prison" instead of " (a) Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore".

3. Considering the above submission, the paragraph 8(a) of the order shall be substituted as follows:

" (a) Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore".

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.7444 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
