Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner/Appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) to Anandam Home for Senior Citizens, Anna Street, Gangai Nagar, Kallikuppam, Ambattur, Chennai-600 053 (9444953268/9710446131), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this order would stand cancelled automatically without further reference to this Court.
