JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ appeal arises from the order passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.7312 of 2023, on 08.03.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants submitted that since movable goods had already been released, the appellants are not pressing this writ appeal. However, liberty may be given to the appellants to approach the learned Judge with application seeking for necessary orders related to the immovable properties. He has filed a compliance affidavit of the second appellant dated 08.11.2023 and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
3. Recording the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants, this writ appeal is dismissed as not pressed, leaving it open to the parties to work out their remedies, in the manner known to law. The compliance affidavit dated 08.11.2023 filed by the second respondent is taken on record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
