Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order imposed on the petitioners that they have to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.8666 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.11145 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.A.DHANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8666 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11145 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.209 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
