This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 4 herein, in the place of Late.A.Rajasekaran, who is the petitioner in the main Writ Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition and post the main Writ Petition on 20.08.2025.
