ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1120 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22912 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22912 of 2024 by an order dated 19.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.15551 of 2024 and 1120 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22912 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 and 22.01.2025 respectively is relaxed.
