O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the first respondent from interfering into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent contemplated in the PSO 562 (b) of the Tamil Nadu Police Standing Orders.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to forbear the first respondent/ police not to interfere in the civil dispute. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
