Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders dated 19.12.2024 passed by the Learned Principal Labour Court in I.A.Nos.1 of 2024 and 2 of 2024 in I.D.No.27 of 2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent management to produce the documents mentioned in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in a prescribed format; direct the learned Principal Labour Court to reopen the evidence on the petitioner side and to decide the dispute in I.D.No.27 of 2018 after allowing the petitioner to let in additional evidence and after hearing both sides on merits and in accordance with law, award costs.
