ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax condition imposed to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders of this Court on 24.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4806 of 2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4806 of 2025 ordered on 24.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
