This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.882 of 2014 to any other agencies and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the complainant had not given any particulars as to when the Power of Attorney was given, when he had paid the amount and when the Power of Attorney was cancelled. However, he has made an allegation that his signature has been forged by the opposite party.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to give a fresh complaint giving all the details to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into, if it discloses commission of cognizable offence. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
