Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected in R.O.C.No.14167/2019/J1 dated 05.08.2020 of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the claims of the petitioner for retaining him at Chennai office itself for continuing his treatment as per the Medical Board Certificate dated 05.03.2021.

2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his prayer to the extent of disposal of his representation. 4.Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2021 in the light of the Medical Certificate issued to him and pass orders, on merits and in accordance in law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
