..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein to consider the joint representation of the petitioners dated 14.03.2018 to furnish the details of the amount deducted and paid by the third and fourth respondents herein to the credit of loan amount borrowed by the petitioners; to furnish statement of accounts and issue no objection certificate for conferring the monthly pension.

Ms.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2; Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4; Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the fifth respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the joint representation of the petitioners, dated 14.03.2018 to furnish the details of the amount deducted and paid by the third and fourth respondents to the credit of loan amount borrowed by the petitioners; to furnish statement of accounts and issue no objection certificate for conferring the monthly pension.

3. According to the petitioners, they made joint representation to the first and second respondents on 14.03.2018 for furnishing the statement of accounts for the loan borrowed by them and for issuance of no objection certificate to the petitioners so as to enable them to get the pensionary benefits. According to the petitioners, except provident fund, they have not received any pensionary benefits. Though the petitioners made representation on 14.03.2018, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that respondents will consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

5. In the light of the submissions and also considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the joint representation of the petitioners dated 14.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders on

merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
