ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on his complaint dated 14.01.2015 and to proceed further in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the respondent police have temporarily closed the petition enquiry on 20.05.2015 on the ground that the report from the Thasildar is awaited.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the report from the Thasildar has been received and it supports the case of the petitioner.

5. Hence, the respondent police is directed to continue enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
