This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned auction notice dated 27.02.2026 issued by the third respondent.

2. It is now brought to the notice by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 that the impugned auction notice has been withdrawn by the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conference submits that after recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition can be disposed of as infructuous.

4. Since the impugned auction notice has been withdrawn by the third respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
