ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on the undertaking given from Mr.Ben Nadin, the then Special Tahsildar (LA), Sipcot Unit - 3, the respondent herein, who is present in the Court today and Ms.Hemalatha, Tahsildar, Pallavaram, would submit that the request of the petitioner for transferring the patta in the place where the petitioner was residing, will be considered within three months time.
