PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Foreshore Estate Police Station, Chennai on every day at 10.30 a.m., instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4012 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him in para no.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4012 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.4012 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, E5, Foreshore Estate Police Station, Chennai, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 17.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4012 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. Page No.2 of 4

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
