ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet, to complete the trial in C.C.No.350 of 2014, within the stipulated period of three months.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Itis seen that the offence in this case was committed in the year 2010, FIR was registered in the year 2011 and after completing the investigation, the final report was filed in the year 2014.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a defacto-complainant and most of the witnesses are senior citizens and therefore the trial should be expeditiously taken up.
5.In view of the above, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet, to expeditiously complete the trial in C.C.No.350 of 2014.
