This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that "the petitioners shall report before the trial court once in three months on every first working day of the month at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.13402 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.679 of 2011, dated 25.09.2019.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, would report before this Court that the conditional order passed by this Court has been complied with .

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, the condition imposed by this Court as stated supra, is modified as follows:
