Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P No.6411/2022 its order dated 18.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.THILLAI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6411 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
