ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records impugned G.O. (D) M.S. No.85 Department of Labour Welfare Department Skill development dated 14.02.2024 on the file of second respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to unfair the industrial dispute under Section 2 (K) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for adjudicate before the industrial Dispute before the Industrial Tribunal, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner raised certain demands; however, only some of the demands were referred to the Labour Court, while others were not referred to the Labour Court. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. This Court perused the rejection order of demands. On perusal of the same, there is no justification for the non-referral of certain disputes to the Labour Court. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 30-03-2026 (1/2) Asi To
