ORDER

This petition is filed directing the first respondent to investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 10.09.2014 and file the final report.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in her complaint is that a sum of Rs.2.84 crores from her Savings Bank Account has been debited without her knowledge. In this connection she had given a complaint to the second respondent on 10.09.2014. But no action has been taken by the 1st respondent to investigate the petitioner''s complaint dated 10.09.2014, which lead to filing of the present petition.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate submitted that the first respondent had directed the 3rd respondent to conduct the investigation, who inturn had conducted due enquiry and based on the statement of both side parties closed the complaint and filed a status report.

3. In view of the above nothing survives for further adjudication. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if so advised.
