Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 28.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1787 of 2022 and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed.
