This petition is filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C within a shorter period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr.No.207 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mettupalayam Police Station, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent police to file final report in connection with the case in Crime No.207 of 2014, on or before 31.05.2015.
