Even today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter again for want of appearance of the petitioner, as,it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in contesting the matter. Further, taking into consideration of submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the entire tax has been paid by the petitioner, and therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
