The petitioner has made a representation for settlement of retiral benefits by the respondent. On 07.08.2020, the respondent has considered the representation and communicated the petitioner that the subject matter is pending before the Hon'ble High Court and that based on the outcome of those applications, the request of the petitioner will be considered, by his letter dated 03.09.2020. Since the terminal benefits are not disbursed, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the representation after receiving the out come of the cases pending before the High court in this regard.
