This application is filed to grant leave to the applicant / plaintiff to sue the respondent before this Court.

2. In a proposed suit for damages and injunctive relief in respect of alleged injuriou falsehood, intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the 1/3

respondent before this Court. In the draft plaint, it is stated that the cause of SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court when the respondent levelled malicious and false allegations on Q7 News Tamil Facebook page and through other media.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.
