This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every saturday evening at 6.30 pm, until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.17758 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 in Crl.OP.No.25884 of 2024 in Crime no.252 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K-2, Ayanavaram Police Station, Chennai. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday evening at 6.30 pm, until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.17758 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 in Crl.OP.No.25884 of 2024 in Crime no.252 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K-2, Ayanavaram Police Station, Chennai, is relaxed. 4.
