Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose the representation dated 10.11.2017 of the petitioner regarding to regularisation of her services from 04.09.1992 as saleswoman and grant scale of pay of Fertilizer saleswoman from 28.09.2015 onwards. ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction for her regularisation. It is the claim of the petitioner that after her appointment on 6.7.94 as a Saleswoman, a resolution was passed on 30.12.2006 in Resolution No.6 to regularise the services of the petitioner-Mrs.P.Poongodi. Subsequently, the Special Officer of the fifth respondent society also sent a proposal to the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Salem Region, the third respondent herein recommending the case of the petitioner for regularisation. But, finding no response, she has come to this Court.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Since the petitioner has been working from 1994 and a proposal also has been sent by the Special Officer of the fifth respondent society to the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Salem Region for regularisation of her services, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the said proposal and pass appropriate orders, on merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
