Service is complete. Ms.Susila, learned counsel appears for the proposed 9th respondent. The other respondents though service is complete, no one is represented either in person or through their duly instructed counsels. Accepting the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

2. The respondents 8 to 11 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the 3rd respondent and ranked as respondents 8 to 11 in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and post the Revision on 14.02.2022. In the meantime, the counsel for petitioner is to serve papers on the counsel for respondents.
