This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an F.I.R. in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.07.2015 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 03.07.2015, it is seen that the petitioner had permitted his servant to occupy a portion of the house and that she is not vacating the premises and she is also using the other amenities like water, sewage etc., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case, as the complaint does not disclose commission of cognizable offence. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
