O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to refer the matter for adjudication, pursuant to the issuance of the failure report bearing No.M.8/74/2004-D2 dated 15.04.2005 passed by the 2nd Respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent by the order dated 19.04.2006 referred the matter to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Chennai and the said Tribunal passed an award dated 23.06.2008.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents referred to the said order filed in the typed set of papers. 4.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
