This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.07.2015 and investigate the same in a fair and proper manner and to prosecute the accused in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 06.07.2015 to the respondent by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
