This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking for direction upon the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.4382 of 2012, at an early date.

The respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner herein was set ex parte on 19.12.2013. Thereafter, the respondent filed an interlocutory application, viz., I.A.No.65 of 2014, to set aside the ex parte order passed against her. But, even the said I.A.No.65 of 2014, was allowed to be dismissed for default on 14.10.2014. It is represented that I.A.No.21 of 2015 was filed by the respondent for restoration of I.A.No.65 of 2014, which was dismissed for default. The complaint of the petitioner is that, the respondent has never been appearing in Court and her appearance was only once in a year. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Petition, seeking for direction upon the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.4382 of 2012, at an early date, as stated above. 3.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought herein, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to issue notice to the respondent.

In view of the above facts, the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of all Interlocutory Applications on or before 30.06.2015, and dispose of O.P.No.4382 of 2012 itself, subject to the

result of interlocutory applications, on or before 31.12.2015. 5.

With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
