This criminal revision petition has been filed praying to set aside the order dated 21.02.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.228 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
