These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 243 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in AS No.126 of 2017, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record respondents 21 to 26 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent. All the proposed parties were served on 05.11.2022. Mr.V.Srikanth, learned counsel has entered appearance for them.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all the petitions are ordered. The delay of 243 days is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent is set aside and the respondents 21 to 26 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and ranked them as respondents 21 to 26 in AS No.126 of 2017.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendments and list the appeal for final hearing on 26.11.2024.
