This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order dated 11.03.2015 in I.A.No. 349 of 2014 in S.A.No. 210 of 2014 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,22.500/- on or before 13.4.2013.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the civil revision petition on merits, however, seeks two weeks time from today to comply with the order dated 11.3.2015 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore in I.A.No. 349 of 2014 in S.A.No. 210 of 2014.

2. Mr. A.V.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank has no objection for extension of time.

3. In view of the above said submissions, the petitioner is granted time for a period two weeks from today to comply with the order dated 11.3.2015 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore in I.A.No. 349 of 2014 in S.A.No. 210 of 2014. This civil revision petition stands disposed of accordingly. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 is closed. No costs.
