O R D E R

The defendant in O.S.No.4584 of 2011 on the file of XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit, within a stipulated time.

2. The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.4584 of 2011 for permanent injunction.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial court has taken up the suit for trial and the same is in part-heard stage. Further, the learned counsel submitted that though the suit was filed in the year 2011 by the plaintiff, the trial court has not disposed of the same.

4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4584 of 2011 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
