These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 268 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in AS No.127 of 2017, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record respondents 25 to 30 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent. All the proposed parties were served on 05.11.2022. Mr.V.Srikanth, learned counsel has entered appearance for them.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all the petitions are ordered. The delay of 268 days is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent is set aside and the respondents 25 to 30 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and ranked them as respondents 25 to 30 in AS No.127 of 2017.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendments and list the appeal for final hearing on 26.11.2024.
