ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7466 of 2020 is A8 and the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.7467 of 2020 is A7 in Crime No.41 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Earlier, this court, vide common order dated 15.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7466 and 7467, has granted Interim Bail for eight weeks to the petitioner in both the petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that only on the confession statement of the first accused, these petitioners were implicated in this case and now investigation is over and charge sheet has been filed. He further submitted that the petitioners will appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail and hence, he prayed that the interim bail granted by this court may be made absolute.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police fairly submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file as PRC No.3 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur. He would also submit that the allegations as against the petitioners is, they have supplied weapons to the other accused, who committed crime in this matter.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file as PRC No.3 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur and also the fact that only on the confession statement of first accused, these petitioners have been impleaded and the only allegation against the petitioners is that they have supplied weapons to the other accused, who involved in the crime activities, this court is of the view that further custody of the petitioners is not required and the interim bail granted by this court on 15.05.2020 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions.
i) The petitioners shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur and shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur, within a week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such execution of bond and verifying the sureties, the petitioners shall be released on bail. ii] The petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
iii] The petitioners shall not tamper witnesses. iv] The petitioners shall surrender their passport, if any, to the concerned Court, before release.
6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
