Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GANGADARAN, Advocate for the petitioners, and of M/S.C.RAGHAVAN Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent for R1, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6695 of 2019, by an order dated 13.03.2019 to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- before 5th of every English calendar month to the Credit of D.V.C.No.18 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruvannamalai as adinterim maintenance without prejudice to both the parties.
2. Heard both sides.
3.This Court is not satisfied with the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is seen from the records that based upon the above condition only, the petitioner has been granted the dispense with order. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
