2.The petitioner claims that he joined B.Pharmacy Course in the year 2004, in the third respondent College and he has completed his arrear papers upto III-B Pharmacy and was however, allowed to join IV-B Pharmacy Course and on account of illness, he was not able to attend the College for sometime and alleging lack of attendance, he was not allowed to write the examination of IV-B Pharmacy Course and the petitioner, in this regard, filed W.P.No.15023 of 2009 and by virtue of interim order, he has written IV-B Pharmacy examination and he subsequently, withdrew the said writ petition on 25.7.2011. 3.The grievance now expressed by the petitioner, is that the result of the said examination has not been published and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 14.5.2015, to the second respondent and also a representation dated 15.5.2015, to the third respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Sanjai Ramasamy, learned Counsel, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.5.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
