C.M.P.No.9665 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.39768 of 2023 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order passed in M.C.O.P.No.489 of 2018 dated 02.01.2023 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2.Learned counsel for the appellants submits that she has applied for certified copy of the order, but the same is not ready.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

The production of the certified copy of the order is dispensed with for the present and the petitioner is directed to file the same as soon as she receives.
