(Through video conference) When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent police submits that in this case the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.487 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. 3.Recording the above submissions so made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to challenge the final report.
